SECRET PAL ENROLLMENT 

Please read through the program carefully, we have made changes to the secret pal program for the upcoming season to encourage more members to participate.

Thank you for considering becoming a secret pal for the upcoming 2008/2009 season. In this program you will have a great opportunity to help the team players and coaches, create some lasting memories of their experiences in Spokane. All secret pals must commit to being able to complete these two items for their player.

1. All players will receive a scrapbook from their secret pal at the year end party. You must decide if you are going to make your own scrapbook for your pal or purchase one from the club. The cost of having the club provide your scrapbook is $(tba for this season), and is due when you receive your player. For pals who decide to make their own book we have planned scrapbook meetings. Pals making their own scrapbooks must update the coordinator on their progress through out the season.

2. Secret pals also provide these gifts to their player throughout the season:

Road Trip Bags $50 (add $25 if we opt to do 3 road trip bags)
Encouragement Gifts $75 - total for the season
Year End Gift $75

Your total cost for gifts should not exceed $200. The coordinator will require receipts to make sure all players are being treated equally.

If you would like to enroll in the Secret Pal program for the 2008/2009 season, you must agree to the rules and the two commitments for being a pal.

Decide if you will be making your own scrapbook for your player or if you would like to purchase a scrapbook from the club for your player. If this is your choice you understand that $(amount tba for this season) will be due when you receive your player.
